Creating your online catalog

You're about to take an important step towards a better future for your business. Creating an online catalog is simple and it will only take a few minutes of your time. Follow the steps bellow to get started:

On the main menu, select Online Catalog.

‍

‍

Tap on Create Online Catalog.

‍

‍

Fill out the name of your business and choose the link you want your customers to access. The system will suggest a link based on the name you added, but you can customize it however you prefer.

‍

‍

‍‍Add the number of a valid registration document in your country and the name registered in it.

‍

‍

‍‍Confirm that you accept the general conditions of use and your catalog will be published online.

‍

‍

Once your catalog is online, on the app you will see the customization options for it.

In Business information you can add all the formal details of your business.

‍

‍

‍

To customize the design of the catalog, select Display Options.

‍

‍

Tap on Main Color to select the color you want.

‍

‍

‍

In Main Display Mode you can choose to display your products in Instaview or in a list.

‍

‍

‍

To choose how to display the products that are out of stock, tap on Products Out of Stock.

‍

‍

‍

⚠ Remember that the application must be connected to an internet connection while sales are being completed for the stock to be updated in the catalog. ⚠

‍

In Order Settings you can activate online orders.

‍

‍

If you enable the Accept online orders option, more configuration options will appear.

‍

‍

If you work with deliveries, tap on Delivery and add the information for the area where you deliver.

‍

‍

If your store is for pick up only, tap on Pickup and inform he opening hours.

‍

‍

‍

The online order fee is optional, you can use it for example, to charge for shipping the products. To set it up, tap on Fee.

‍

‍

Enter a name for the rate and select the amount or percentage before tapping Save.

‍

‍

Inform your customers of the payment options you offer in Payment methods. They can request a specific one or change the comments in the second step of the order process in the catalog.

‍

‍

To make your store available to your customers and have more exposure online, add your contacts on Social Media & Others.

‍

‍

You can also contrast important information in Additional Text (Optional) and it will appear at the top of the main screen of your catalog, as well as when you share the link through WhatsApp.

‍

Done! Your catalog is already configured and ready to receive orders!
