How to make an order in the app

Select the products you want from the Checkout menu and make the necessary changes to the cart. You can link the transaction to a specific customer so that person receives updates on the progress of their purchase, offer the option to pay later and add a note that may or may not appear on the customer's receipt.

Click Save to have the transaction recorded in the Orders menu with a pending status. If you want to confirm the order, you can make do it on the confirmation screen itself or click View Order to access the order details, make the change at the top right of the screen or slide the button at the bottom of the screen.

In the order details you will have access to each transaction's history and some of the customer's information. You can use the shortcuts to contact the person using WhatsApp and access Google Maps or Waze to find the best route for your delivery. If you want to manage debt payments or access other customer data, click Go to Customer.
