⚠️ This option only works on logins created using the Email icon. Logins via Facebook, Google or Login with Apple use your account data on the respective platforms, so this change needs to be made on those platforms and not through Kyte. ⚠️
If you don't have access to your account, enter the login screen and insert the email you used to create your user. Tap on Next to continue with the login and then on Forgot password.You will receive a code in the email in question, just enter it to create a new password. Enter the new password and tap Save new password, you will be logged in immediately.
You can do this same process through the web version of the app, just access the link https://beta.web.kyteapp.com/, insert the email you used to create your user and click on Next to continue with the login. Click on Forgot password, you will receive a code in the email in question, just enter it to create a new password. Enter the new password and tap Save new password, the screen will refresh and request the password once again before logging into the account.
If you have access to the account, you can reset your password via the shortcut at the top of the app's main page. Tap on the name of your business and you will see the Reset Password option right below your user's name and email. Insert the new password and tap Reset Password, you will see a confirmation screen and continue to be logged in the account.
The password can also be changed by other users of the account, as long as they have administrator permissions. To make these changes, the administrator must access the Users menu in their account, select the user that will be edited and tap on Reset password. The new password can be entered, then they must tap Reset password and wait for the confirmation screen. Once it appears, the user that was edited can access their account with the new password.
