Integrating Kyte's catalog with Facebook

This is step 3 of the Kyte, Facebook and Instagram integration. If you already integrated your catalog with Facebook, don't forget to verify your domain on Facebook's Commerce Manager.

Don’t have a shop on your Facebook page yet? Don’t worry, here is how you can set it up.

‍

⚠ These steps must be completed on a web browser version of Facebook, the mobile app version doesn't have the same features. ⚠

‍

Now that your shop is setup, go to Facebook's Commerce Manager and tap on the catalog you created or you can always create a new one by tapping on + Add Catalog.

‍

‍

Select Data Sources from the menu on the left and choose the Data Feed option.

‍

‍

Tap on Scheduled Feed and select the frequency you want Facebook to check for upates in your Kyte catalog.

‍

‍

‍

Enter your catalog’s URL and don’t forget to include /feed at the end of the link. For example: https://eat-healthy.kyte.site/feed.

‍

‍

Select the currency and tap on Upload.

‍

‍

Check the result of the upload. Issues will be listed and you can view the report for more details on how to fix them.

‍

‍

Once the upload is completed, all your products will be displayed on Facebook but for them to appear in your Instagram account, it is necessary to verify the Kyte's domain.
