To add this data, access the Business Information option in your app's Settings menu. There, enter the name of your shop, the main telephone number and the address of the establishment. If your business is 100% online, it is not necessary to fill in this field.

💡This phone number will appear in the contact information published in the online catalog and in the confirmation screen of the order made by your customers. To activate the WhatsApp shortcut, access the specific tutorial in the Integrations menu of our Help Center.

The Business Information menu can also be accessed by clicking on your business name at the top of the app's main menu. Don't forget to add your logo to make the online catalog more your own.

If you have already activated your online catalog, you will see the Business Information option in the Online Catalog menu. In this same menu, you will also find the option Social networks & Others. In it you can add your WhatsApp number to receive orders through it, your Instagram profile and an email address, if you have one.
Take advantage of the Extra Information (Optional) field to add important information, as your customers will have access to the details provided at the top of the main page of the online catalog and in the contact information.

This information will also appear in your business description when you share your catalog online via WhatsApp.
