This is step 2 of the Kyte, Facebook and Instaram integration. If you already have a shop created in Facebook, go ahead and integrate your catalog using Kyte's feed.
Don't have a business page in Facebook? Follow the steps here to create one.
β
β These steps need to be completed in a web browser version of Facebook, the mobile app version does not have the same functions. β
β
Before creating a shop, it is important to add all the necessary business information to your page so no discrepancies are found by Instagram when verifying your data.
Select your page from the menu on the left and go to Settings. Click on Templates and Tabs and change the current plan to the Shopping plan. This will set your page to a more purchasing friendly mode that you can edit by toggling the options or dragging them to appear in a different order.
β

β
On the same menu, select Page Info and add details such as contact information, delivery options, business hours and price range. If you add your WhatsApp number, make sure to also set it on your online catalog.
β

β
π‘ With your security in mind Facebook only allows administrators to manage business related tools so go to Commerce Manager and follow the steps suggested.
β
Create your shop by choosing Checkout on Another Website so your customers are redirected to the online catalog, select the page you created to be the place where you will sell your products and create a commercial account in case you still donβt have one. Check that all the data is correct, including the delivery destination and send your shop for analysis.
