Understanding the online orders system.

All your orders can be seen on the Orders tab.
The ones made using the online catalog are separated by the open book icon.

You can see them by status as well, just tap on Status and select the option that suits you.

Tap on the order to find all the information necessary to prepare it and to contact your customer if necessary.

It will always be created as Pending so you can alter the items ordered if requested. To do so, tap on the ... on the bottom of the screen and select Edit this order.

Once you tap on Confirm Order, these changes won't be possible anymore.

You can also set other status to your orders. Just tap on Online Catalog.

Go to Orders and more.

‍

‍

Select Order Status.

‍

‍

The app offers a few standard statuses but you can create your own by selecting Add new status.

‍

Insert the name and select a color for it.

‍

‍

‍

Once saved it will appear on the list. There you can choose which statuses will be available to all the users on the account.

‍

All changes made to the status of the order will be informed to your customers by e-mail and in their Orders tab on the online catalog.

‍

‍

If you need to contact your customers before delivery or pick up, all their contact information will be on the Customer tab.

‍

‍

The app is integrated with WhatsApp to make chatting easier between you and your customers. It will also connect with Google Maps and Waze to help with your deliveries. Just tap on Get Directions and follow the instructions.

Once the payment is done, select the payment method to complete the sale and share the receipt with your customer.
