For your customers to access the online catalog, share it using the shortcuts in the app. If you haven't set it up yet, follow the steps in this tutorial to customize your website. Orders made in the online catalog can be seen with a pending status in the Orders menu.
If you only want to see orders coming from the online catalog, tap on Salesperson and select Online Catalog.
For more details about the order, tap on the one you want to see. In the upper right corner you will see if the pickup or delivery option was chosen, if the customer has left a comment it will appear below and you will also see the option to add a note to it.
On the Details tab, you can see the history of the transaction from the moment the order is created to the confirmation of the payment.
Click on the Customer tab to see the details of who placed the order, as well as a shortcut to contact them in WhatsApp and check the best route for dellivery using Google Maps or Waze.
⚠ If the order was made using the guest login, this information will appear at the bottom of the screen and the customer will not be registered in the Customers menu but will only be linked to the transaction in question. ⚠
Swipe to confirm the order, this will update the products stock and transaction history. Once the order is confirmed, it will not be possible to change product quantities, see more information on editing orders in Kyte. Keep your customers updated on their purchase process using the customized status feature, the changes in status will be reported on the Orders tab of the online catalog and via registered email.
To complete the sale, just click Go to Payment, select the payment method used and click Next.
Once the sale is completed it will be transferred to the Transactions menu and you can also see it on the Sales tab of the customer details.
