Kyte works on mobile phones or tablets running Android 5.0 (Lollipop) and higher or iOS 10.0 and higher. We suggest using devices with more than 2 GB of RAM to maintain the quality of your sales processing. You can also access it on your PC using the web version of the app.

Can I access my Kyte account from anywhere? Yes!
Can I use Kyte offline? Yes!
Kyte’s web version will only work when your computer is connected to a source of internet but the app is designed to work online and offline so you can keep track of your business. For this it stores your data in two ways:
- In your device's memory, if it is not connected to the internet
- On our cloud, following all of Google's security protocols and with real-time updates, as long as your device is connected to the internet
Once it finds a strong enough internet connection, it will sync the data between the device and the server. This means that while offline the following information won't be updated:
- Data backup
- Information between users in the account
- Stock (to other users and on the catalog)
- Pay Later updates
⚠ Logging out of your account, clearing the cache or deleting the app without the data being properly synchronized with our server will result in loss of data. To avoid this just deactivate and reactivate your device's internet connection while keeping the app open, this will force the app to sync with the server and update your Kyte account with the latest data. ⚠

Can I use my own domain in the Kyte catalog? Yes!
By creating an account on Kyte you have access to a free domain, linked to your online catalogue. You can redirect your Kyte catalog to your own website using your domain provider's 301 redirect function.
Can I get a QR code for my Kyte catalog? Yes!
Can I receive notifications for orders placed on Kyte? Yes!
You can enable Kyte notifications on your device so that all incoming orders are shown to you. To access the order details, all you need to do is tap on the notification.
Can I use Kyte for in-person sales? Yes!
All resources in Kyte can be used for in person sales as well as online sales so you can use it for either option or for both simultaneously.
Can I sell digital products in Kyte? Yes!
Kyte was created to serve a wide range of businesses, so it can be used to sell physical or digital products. As there is no automation to send digital files, the delivery or sharing of the products must be defined between you and your customers.
Can I sell services in Kyte? Yes!
Kyte was created to cater to a vast range of businesses so it can be used for services with a few workarounds. All of the basic resources will work perfectly but how the service will be done or delivered needs to be decided between you and your customers. Can I have more than one shop in Kyte? Yes!
As the app offers a single catalog per account, branches can be managed by different categories online catalog but different businesses need separate accounts. Each account must have a different e-mail address, it is not possible to use the same e-mail twice in Kyte. You can access as many accounts as you want on your device but you will have to log out of one to log in to the other.
Can I add all my products to Kyte? Yes!
Kyte supports up to 5,000 products in each account. They are available to all created users but the speed and quality of the transactions will depend on your device's RAM and processing capabilities.
Can I bulk load my data into a Kyte account? Yes!
Can I register my sales team and staff? Yes!
With Kyte you create a personalized user for each person on your team and provide them with the tools they need to sell more while keeping track of transactions and results for your business. We do not charge fees per registered user, you can have unlimited users on the PRO plan.
Can I manage my customer base on Kyte? Yes!
You can add your customers' contact details and these will be shared among all users of your account. New contacts will be created when your customers access the online catalogue, thus growing your customer base. Here's how to manage your customers.
Can I connect Kyte to my printer? Yes!
Kyte can connect with mini thermal printers via Bluetooth. If you are using the app on an iOS device, the printer needs to be compatible with Bluetooth 4.0 but if the device is Android, a printer with Bluetooth 2.0 or higher will be recognized by your device. The communication between the app and the printer is carried out in the ESC / POS language, models that do not use this language can even be recognized but will not complete the printing. The size of the receipt can be either 80mm or 58mm, as you prefer.

Kyte is integrated with WhatsApp so your customers can reach you by chat from within the online catalog but the orders and sales will be processed by Kyte so you can continue managing your results from the same platform.
Can I manage my deliveries directly in Kyte? Yes!
Kyte has its own delivery management feature but it is necessary that you provide the service itself, whether through third-party couriers, logistics companies or your own employees. In addition to the Delivery Fees function, where you register the fixed shipping rates that can be chosen when ordering online, you can use the order statuses to keep your customers updated at every step of the delivery of your products. Can I try out all Kyte features before subscribing to a plan? Yes!
Once your account is created, the system activates all of the app's features for 7 days at no cost to you. After this period, you can choose to subscribe to one of our plans or continue using your FREE account.
Can I cancel my Kyte subscription if I want to? Yes!
We do not work with contracts, you can choose to subscribe to one of our plans monthly or annually, according to the rules of each package. The cancellation can be done at any time through the same page where the subscription was made. If you have made the annual payment and you cancel it before it ends, we will refund the amount equivalent to the unused days.
